Every order is created by hand therefore letters will not line up straight or have the same impression depth.  This gives each design its unique character and a set that is one of a kind.  Before placing your order, please review the description and the text you would like stamped on each charm.

What is your shipping policy?

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority for only $5.  We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Average shipping time is about 3 weeks.  Unfortunately we cannon control when USPS gets your order to you nor if it gets lost.  A tracking number will be sent to your Paypal email address.  Please note that during peak season the lead time may be longer.

What form of payment do you accept?

We only accept PayPal payments at this time.

What is your return policy?

Each piece is custom designed for you and cannot be returned.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase let us know right away.  We will do what we can to make things right.  In case of client error, we will recreate your design for a nominal fee.

All chains are guarenteed for 30 days.  If you would like a replacement chain, please email me for instructions on how to purchase one.

How do I take care of my Charmed Life Designs jewelry?

Keep your jewelry looking its best by gently rubbing it with a jewelry polishing cloth periodically.  Please do not use any jewelry cleaner or silver polish because they will remove the oxidation.  Whenever you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a sealed bag in a cool, dry place to keep it from getting scratched or tarnished.  Avoid exposing your silver to household chemicals, perfume or chlorinated water.
